Få pengene retur for en fejlkøbt app! (iTunes)

Den Korrekte og hurtigste måde er således:

1. Åben iTunes, log ind på iTunes Store

2. Under Kontoinformationer find “purchase history”/”Købshistorie”. Klik på “see all”/”Se alle

3. Klik på knappen “Report a problem”/”Anmeld et problem”

4. Find appen, du kom til at købe og klik på “Report a problem”

5. Vælg “I inadvertedly purchased this application” fra pop-down’en (“jeg kom til at købe denne app”)

6. Skriv en kort beskrivelse af, hvorfor dit køb var et fejlkøb.

7. Vent på, at Apple returnerer dine penge.

Lad være med at bruge det her til at teste apps. Brug det, hvor du kan se en klar linie mellem dine forventninger baseret på billeder og beskrivelse af app’en og dens faktiske funktionalitet, som du oplever den. Det kan godt være, du synes Apple er et skrapt firma, men alle poster er faktisk bemandede af mennesker, der reagerer på dig som menneske.

Du KAN også klikke “report a problem”, når du får kvitteringen for dit køb – men jo hurtigere du reagerer, desto bedre står du nok.

The CORRECT and fastest way is like this:

1. Open iTunes, log in to iTunes Store

2. Under Account information find “Purchase History”. Click on “see all”

3. Click the button “Report a Problem”

4. Locate the app that you inadvertedly purchased and click on “report a problem”

5. From the popdown choose “I inadvertedly purchased this application.”

6. Write a brief description of why your purchase was a mistake.

7. Wait for Apple to return your money,

Do not exploit this to test apps. Use it, where you see a clear link between your expectations from images and description and actual functionality. Apple as a company may be strick in some parts, but all posts are manned by humans, who react to you as a human.

You CAN also click on “report a problem”, when you receive your receipt for your purchase – but the faster you are to make Apple aware of your mistake, the better.
